Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a Counter-Notification containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of a Counter-Notification, we may, in our sole discretion, restore the removed content after 10 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user.
- Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- Provide a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material.
- Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include the following statement: "I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located, or if my address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Roasted Tomato And Bread Soup may be found, and I will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person."
